Quote
i remember skating washington skatepark back in 90-91 and rocker used to be there sometimes.
i remember him coming off on the half pipe ,he was ok but not to sure about the kid who got his (rockers)board nose first on the top of his skull.
how old is he now BTW.

I belive anyone remembers that accident , that was me getting whacked on the head. sitting watching the spine ramp, and bonk, lights out. what a blast from the past.

Sean still skates on occasion, saw him at Rom at the Duffs jam year before last, hopefully he'll make it out for this year's.  He's married with a couple of nippers now and still lives in the Southend area.  I heard that he sometimes skates the indoor mini at benfleet with Lewis and Bomber etc, but I always seem to miss him.

I've searches high and low for any UK Deathbox info but it's very thin on the ground. It either links to the new US Deathbox company or to Flip skateboards, which I belive the original Deathbox morphed into.

I had two deathbox boards, a Goff tarot cards with the matching hooded sweat and then the Rocker Street Kid model, which is still in action (very) infrequently. Good times, man, good times...
