After Thrasher’s ‘25 years of the Mc Twist’, article I was wondering how many UK skaters have landed 540s on vert?

Ali Cairns
Andy Scott

Honourable mention for Mac doing them on banks way back when

I heard people say Andy Williams had done one. But no one I have ever spoke to saw him do it...
I remeber you doing a 540 over a spine Rocker, but didn't know you did it on vert. How long back was that ? I haven't rode one out in 10 years now.
Sean Ward did 540 ching chings.
Can't beleive Pete Dosset wasn't put on the list. He did a few different grabs.

Made a couple at Rehab in Wakefield....a few early grabs then 2 late grabs.
Also broke my ankle doing them over the spine at Leigh on Sea.

alex moul did at st albans on the OJs quarterpipe....i met a guy called brad at stalbans and he did them on the wall ride melon and stale &mute... he did them like a forward roll so close to the tranny but he did them as i watched him doing them alot they looked sketchy but thats his style ahhahaha and bloody hell nearly forgot that bloke ryan from stevenage he 540 im sure...he was super good in the pool too

A good while ago Lee Blackwell told me he'd just nailed his first Rodeo,and I think he said he does b/s grab 540s...I dunno...Lee says a lot of things Though to be fair,quite a lot of them have turned out to be true!(Little legal disclaimer for you there!  ) |

Back in the 70s I used to be able to do 540s at the Southbank (and was pleased with myself to boot), but I can't believe that people now do them on vert...
