Ah Hosoi,

the first real skate video i saw was the vision pro ramp contest, where they had a vert ramp with a spine to a midi ramp.

I didnt really know what i was seeing because i had never seen vert skating before but it was amazing, Chris Miller, Gator, Hawk and Hosoi going head to head.

At the time i didnt know the names of the tricks but two people instantly stood out Chris Miller and Christian Hosoi.

Holmes was killing it! Full speed at all times with style in every trick he did, huge airs and the best Mc Twists, and wearing some crazy spandex!

I am glad he's out of prison and from the interviews i have read he's become a changed man now that he's found God. I saw some pictures of him skating in the first weeks after his release and already he's killing it!

I also heard that he went in for Knee surgery on the same day as Danny Way after he hurt it while in prison. The article i read said that he had never hurt himself while skating but fucked his knee while in the joint!

Hopefully he's back to strenght and will be killing the Mega ramp with Danny Way sometime soon!
