What about us image historians? Surely we deserve our own section? You guys must have contact with all the old guys and gals
as you must have asked their permission to post their copyrighted pictures scaned from the old mags (Yeah Right).

Anyhou, I will kick off the series with a shout out to Paul Duffy the scouse snapper of 'Skateboard!' Magazine of the late '80s. Good bloke, bought my first fisheye off me if I remember rightly. Last bumped into him in the east end of London about 5 years ago when he was part of  the crew filming a scene from The Bill.

Bastards Cheesy

Thanks for section, reminds me why this is always the first site I check when the surfs up.

By the way the foto was by Frankie Shea in San Jose in'88 and that leads me on to the next topic....

Paul was always an attachment to Trawler when he came down to Cornwall in the 80's..he took some photos of us all, which appeared in RAD one time. Never found a copy of the pictures since, be nice if anyone knew the whereabouts of any pics from Cornwall.. if anyone can catch up with him, ask him about the mini we used to skate in Zelah in Cornwall, and the Bowgie..
