Bones Brigade team member, any ideas what he's up to now? Here he is age 12 and here he is tailblocking in the halfpipe at Harrow 1978

Great scans Alec! Lance is still skating as hard as ever, runs The Firm Skateboards (home of Ray Barbee, Bob Burnquist, Matt Beach, Rodrigo Tx and many more - you should see their video from last year "Can't Stop" for some top Lance action) and is sponsored by amongst many others; Fury Trucks, Stussy and Adidas. Lance was the host for most of the first 50 editions of 411 Video magazine, but recently stepped down in order to work on other projects. His son Cyril (Lance Jr) is also an amzing skater, getting loads of coverage now..Lance and Lance Jr also play together in a punk band, Sten Guns. Here's a great pic from the Independent Trucks site of Jeff Grosso, Lance and Spidey... http://www.independenttrucks.comand a shot from the Dreamland site: http://www.dreamlandskateparks.com

Thanks Tony, scans are from July 1995 issue of Thrasher, great interview in it in which he mentions coming over to England and skating loads of parks including "Mad Dog, Romford, Gillingham and Bradford"

I was lucky enough to be at Harrow one lunchtime when he and a few others showed up and skated, around the time of Generation 97 at Wembley...pulling stalled inverts in the halfpipe and massive airs out of the pool...amazing and a really friendly guy.

It's true - that's definately not Harrow, I also never skated at Gillingham but it looks like that's where it was shot There's also a pic in the Gillingham section which is actually a great shot of The Rom halfpipe, let's help Lance's memory....anyone?
