I liked his style, very much like a surf style. Where he got that, growing up in London I can't figure. Remember the pool in Brighton. I had a lot of fun and saw some get down, rippin at that contest.  Grin

my dad used to skate as Bobby G, he was bood friends with the cutts family, but have lost contact with them, any clues on where they could be found? is this car washing place somewhere i could just walk into?

anyway, most of the photos above are in our family album, i would love the chance to find the cutts - any hints please let me know

carlene

I'll probably be skateing with Spex over the next week or so and I'll ask him if he has contact details. The car wash biz is in Quakers Friars car park in the middle of Broadmead (http://www.multimap.com/map/browse.cgi?client=public&db=pc&cidr_client=none&lang=&pc=BS13AR&advanced=&client=public&addr2=&quicksearch=BS1+3AR&addr3=&addr1=)

Cheers

I have fond recollections of those guys. They were in a team called Logos. It was the Skate City Team, one of the first skateparks in London. Along with Seth, Shane and Thea there was also Bobby G, Tim Balfour, Si Napper and  erm John Shayer?? who was a slalom skater, I think. The Turnball bro`s Jonny and Alex and Richard Heslop.
Great days.
