re- 'rolling through the years'
« on: November 11, 2006, 10:55:28 PM »

just saw the 'rolling through the years' doco on tv (here in NZ) wondering if  it's available on DVD, and where i might get it, anyone know ? I remember the scene in the mid '80's,my mate Kevin Clibbon used to take me along to  Farnboro,The Sth Bank,Crystal Palace and Ian Cocking drove us up to Warrington a coupla times  I remember Davross (seemed   a likeable cat)-i was more of a skater voyeur,cos my skills were decidedly lacking-all those dudes  like,Lucien & Bod the Abrooks-fkn great nostalgia trip.A guy here in NZ (Andrew Moore) has just screened his doco 'no more heroes' about the skate scene  here in NZ in the '70'S & '80's-makes for very enjoyable viewing too. Kev Clibbon was my best mate-more like a brother really-unfortunately Kev died in a car crash over 12 yrs ago-RIP Bro   Really wanna get a copy of 'rolling through the years' hk me up someone would ya ?? -later...

Rollin' Through The Decades, genius film that it is, is now available down under, with a different cover to the UK - is that Chris Charalambous?

Spooky coincidence, this just in from Winstan;

Greetings my brothers and sisters!

Rollin is now released in Australia and New Zealand through Madman entertainment;
http://www.madman.com.au/actions/catalogue.do?releaseId=6796&method=view

This version has the Making of added to the DVD.

It's been received very warmly by the people from down under and getting lots of good reviews.

Check out the New Trailer 4, it has some new additional footage added

Enjoy!

Peace and Love
